Interlayer Separation: Use anti-stick polyethylene films between stacked boards to prevent adhesion and surface abrasion.

Weatherproof Wrapping: Seal bundles in waterproof plastic sheeting to protect against rain and humidity.

2. Optimal Loading & Stacking

Flat Positioning: Ensure boards are transported horizontally, not vertically, to prevent bending or warping.

Weight Distribution: Avoid overstacking—maximum 5 layers per pallet with plywood separators every 2 layers.

Secure Strapping: Use nylon straps (not metal bands) to immobilize loads without cutting into foam edges.

3. Transportation Mode Considerations

Truck Transport:

5. Quality Control Before Dispatch

Emergency Response for Damaged Shipments:
