Polyethylene PTFE Packing

PTFE packing can be classified into aramid blended black PTFE packing, white PTFE packing, aramid corner-wrapped black PTFE packing, oil-impregnated black PTFE packing, oil-free black PTFE packing, filament-split PTFE packing, and oil-impregnated white PTFE packing.

Aramid Blended Black PTFE Packing

It is made from aramid fibers and black PTFE by a special mixed weaving process. High-strength aramid material interwoven in the packing makes the product more wear-resistant. Combining the excellent properties of aramid fibers and black PTFE fibers, it features enhanced wear resistance and is suitable for dynamic sealing with high linear speed and high medium pressure.

It can be applied in industries such as chemical, agrochemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, sugar, paper making and electric power, for equipment including reciprocating pumps, mixers, agitators, reactors and valves.

Applicable media: water, wastewater, oil, grease, weak acid and weak alkali solutions, acid and alkali solutions, and abrasive media.

White PTFE Packing

It is woven from pure polytetrafluoroethylene fibers.

It can be used in pollution-free applications in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, paper making, chemical fiber, fine chemical and other industries.

It is compatible with all chemical media except soluble alkali metals and free fluoride ions.

Oil-Impregnated Black PTFE Packing

It is woven from PTFE yarns containing graphite and anti-corrosion lubricants.

It features high tearing strength, high thermal conductivity, and a low friction coefficient, ensuring stable performance and long service life.

It can be used for shaft seals in food, pharmaceutical, paper making, chemical fiber, fine chemical and other industries, as well as for agitators, mixers, autoclaves, centrifugal pumps and other equipment sealing water, steam, solvents and other media.

Applicable to most media except strong oxidizing media.

Oil-Free Black PTFE Packing

It is woven from polytetrafluoroethylene yarns containing graphite particles.

Filament-Split PTFE Packing

It is woven from multiple sintered and fully stretched PTFE yarns, fully impregnated in PTFE and re-impregnated during weaving.

It is flexible, dimensionally stable, with good compression resistance, extrusion resistance, high structural strength and density. It is one of the best-performing packings in industrial applications.

As a general-purpose packing, it can be used in food, pharmaceutical, paper making, chemical fiber and other industries, especially for high-pressure valves, plunger pumps, agitators, mixers, and equipment with high peripheral speed such as shafts, rods, pistons, valves and expansion joints.

Applicable to all chemical media except soluble alkali metals and free fluoride ions.

Oil-Impregnated White PTFE Packing

It is woven from pure PTFE yarns and treated with silicone oil as a special lubricant. It maintains its volume during long-term service even under minimum pressure in the stuffing box.

Its low friction coefficient prevents heat generation on rotating shaft surfaces even at high peripheral speeds.

It is suitable for mechanical seals in highly concentrated, corrosive and oxidizing chemical products.

It can be used for pollution-free pumps, valves and flange equipment in food, pharmaceutical, paper making, chemical fiber, fine chemical and other industries.
